Executive Chairman

Mario has over 35 years’ experience in the construction, mining, infrastructure and renewable energy industry. Mario’s career spans various roles in executive leadership across a variety of sectors including commercial, retail, residential, healthcare, civil, infrastructure and industrial.

Mario has had extensive experience in the mining and renewable energy industry, including management roles in within the industry. He has also played a key role in the tendering and award of key renewable energy infrastructure projects. Through his experience, he has developed relationships and key skills that he is able to use to leverage a competitive advantage in multiple industries.

In the last 30 years’, Mario has been passionate about working with the indigenous Australian community to provide opportunities and resources for all of those involved. Through this, he has fostered key relationships with people in the indigenous community, and continues to be involved in furthering these relationships and creating new possibilities for all.

Chief Executive Officer

Mohamed is the Managing Director of F Cubed Pty Ltd Australia and F Cubed Water limited in Bangladesh, holding this role since 2010. F Cubed provides Solar Desalination Water Technology in the rural sectors of 29 countries. Mohamed has been involved in the successful negotiation of each project in these various countries.

He has been working with various government sectors in many countries assisting with renewable energy goals. In the last 12 years, he has successfully completed projects in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Vietnam.

Mohamed’s job requires him to meet and negotiate directly with various ministers and their secretaries in countries looking to develop their supply of clean water. He is passionate about working with Local Government Ministries, Planning and Finance Ministries of each of those countries to ensure that all finance and planning has been assessed correctly before the project commences.

General Manager

John has over 20 years’ experience in the property and construction industry and has gained valuable experience and knowledge in a diverse range of market sectors.

He has an in-depth understanding of all aspects of project management, contract management, contract administration, design management, risk management and mitigation, superintendence, project, property, facility, asset and operations management. John has extensive experience working on both the “client” and “contractor” sides of industry and as such has gained a good working knowledge of the construction industry and government policy and guidelines regarding workplace health & safety and environmental management as well as relevant Australian Standards. He possesses excellent interpersonal skills and has strong commercial acumen resulting from his years in the commercial sector.

John has experience in the contract administration and project management of capital works, including complex refurbishment and new build projects. He brings a balance of financial skills and problem-solving skills to tackle contractual issues as they emerge, mitigating the necessity for contractor claims. He also has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

John’s key strengths lie in design management, procurement methods and project management methodology. He has a high level of experience in Traditional, Design and Construct and Managing Contractor forms of procurement. John also has an understanding and experience in administering AS-2124, AS-4300, DPW Minor and Medium Works and DPW Managing Contractor forms of Contracts.

John has project management experience with projects up to $500 million in project value.
